The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids for the reconstruction of an approximately 1,100 linear foot long asphalt trail between Enfield Chase Park and Evergreen Parkway in Bowie, MD.  Specifications and bid documents are available at no cost by emailing your request to Carissa Sullivan ().

            Electronic (pdf) bids will be received via email to Carissa Sullivan at  until 12:00 p.m., Monday, April 17, 2023.  The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject all bids.

            Interested bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Public Works Administration Building located at 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD  20715.   A site-visit will follow the meeting.

            All questions or requests for clarification regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted by email to Carissa Sullivan at .  Deadline for inquiries is 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 3, 2023.  Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarification will be issued no later than Wednesday, April 5, 2023 to all those who request the IFB.
