The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids for a landscape maintenance program for a bioretention system which is a part of the stormwater management program at the Kenhill Center located at 2614 Kenhill Drive, Bowie, Maryland. Specifications and bid documents are available at no cost by emailing your request to Jackie Tayman at . 

            Electronic (pdf) bids will be received via email to Jackie Tayman at  until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 1, 2023. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

            There will not be a pre-bid meeting.  However, site visits will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 3, 2023, and at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.  Site visit attendees are to report to the Kenhill Center.    

            All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted by email to Jackie Tayman at .  Deadline for inquiries is 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 2023.  Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued no later than Wednesday, April 19, 2023, to all those who request the RFP.

            The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
