October is National Energy Awareness Month! In light of this, interested residents are invited to an information session on all things solar, including rooftop solar, the Green Team Energy subgroup, and a special presentation by Neighborhood Sun about Community Solar opportunities.

The mission of the City's Public Safety Committee is to identify and examine Bowie's public safety issues, which include (but are not limited to) Emergency Preparedness, Fire/EMS and Police services. The Committee meets on the second Wednesday of the month.
