  3. Senior Chorale Concert – A Celestial Celebration

December 14, 2018, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ Bowie Center for the Performing Arts

The sky’s the limit for the annual Bowie Senior Chorale holiday concerts with songs about the stars, sun, and moon. This year’s concerts have been developed in collaboration with the Howard B. Owens Science Center, which operates one of the largest planetarium domes in the state of Maryland. The concert program reflects the celestial vision from the planetarium. There will be two daytime concerts (12/12 & 12/13) at the Senior Center and a special evening performance at the Bowie Center for the Performing Arts where special effects will create a visual celestial celebration. Craig L. Sparks, the chorale director, has planned this concert to be a unique experience. He has led the chorale for more than a dozen years and makes each concert something special for the audience and chorale members.
