  1. Breakfast with Santa at the Senior Center

    December 7, 2019, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Bowie Senior Center

    Seniors, children and everyone in between is invited to a sausage and pancakes breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Bowie Center. In addition to breakfast there will be roving magicians and a holiday craft project for the kids. This event is limited to 90 participants so be sure to sign up soon!

    Flu season is here. Protect yourself and your loved ones. The City of Bowie has teamed up with the University of Maryland Capital Region Health and Trinity University to offer free flu shots to local residents. -No appointment necessary -No medical insurance required Parental consent is required for patients 17 years of age and younger.

  4. Holiday Jingle Skate

    December 7, 2019, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ Bowie Ice Arena

    Enjoy skating, holiday music, games, exhibitions and a special visit from Santa. Bring a new toy for the Toys for Tots drive and receive FREE admission. The rink will also be accepting canned food donations for the Bowie Interfaith Pantry. Door prizes too!

  5. Bowie Playhouse - "A Christmas Carol"

    A Christmas Carol recounts the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, an elderly miser who is visited by the ghost of his former business partner Jacob Marley and the spirits of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come. After their visits, Scrooge is transformed into a kinder, gentler man. A Christmas Carol opens on a bleak, cold Christmas Eve in London, seven years after the death of Jacob Marley. Scrooge dislikes Christmas and refuses a dinner invitation from his nephew Fred—the son of Fan, Scrooge's dead sister.
