Join members of the Bowie Green Team as they remove English Ivy, an invasive species, from trees in our local parks. This is a Student Service Learning (SSL) hour opportunity. On-site training and tools are provided by staff. This event is limited to 30 participants so please register in advance with City Sustainability Planner Ashleigh Armentrout.

Join The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for a virtual public kickoff meeting for the Bowie-Mitchellville and Vicinity Master Plan! Details to access the online meeting will be provided prior to the event. The public kickoff meeting will: • discuss the initiation of a new master plan • highlight the overall purpose and timeline of the project • educate residents, property owners and stakeholders on opportunities to participate in the planning process.
