To honor those who serve our nation and those who have come before, Bowie will create a Field of Honor at Sussex Lane Park. This patriotic display of 150+ flags will be set up on May 26th and will remain until June 5th.

City offices, Senior Center, Gymnasium and historic properties will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 29. (The Ice Arena remains closed until 7/8). There is no trash or recycling on this date; services will resume on your next regularly scheduled pickup day.
